    absolutely disgraceful company, charged me twice for the same job and when i complained they froze my account meaning i had to pay up front for all my jobs. katie from customer support is one of the worst people i have ever dealt with. she was convinced that i should pay twice for the same job making up reasons as she went along and refusing to listen to the facts . £118 call out charge for just turning up plus labour at an extortionate amount. would never recommend to anyone
